Netis GP8501GP to terminal GPON zaprojektowany do wykorzystania w domach i niewielkich biurach (SOHO). Urządzenie posiada port SC/APC GPON, port telefoniczny RJ11 i gigabitowy port Ethernet. Terminal zapewnia prędkość 1,25 GB/s przy upstreamie i 2,5 Gb/s przy downstreamie, maksymalny zasięg transferu to 20 km. Wspiera także SIP i protokół H248.
Urządzenie może być zarządzane przez aplikację Webową.
