MikroTik mAP jest malutkim Access Pointem w paśmie 2.4GHz . Zasilany poprzez USB, pasywne lub aktywne PoE 802.3af/at oraz power jack. Drugi port Ethernet zapewnia pasywne zasilanie PoE drugiego urządzenia np. SXT do 500mA. Solidnie wykonane urządzenie z zasilaczem.
